365 Shepherd is a supportive housing development in East New York, Brooklyn, created to provide women and families with not only a place to live, but a foundation to grow.

Jointly developed by HousingPlus Solutions and Spatial Equity Co, the building was designed to promote long-term stability, wellness, and community connection. Residents have access to thoughtfully designed living spaces, supportive services, and on-site amenities that encourage self-sufficiency, wellness, and personal growth.

  • 365 Shepherd serves women — including women with children — who may be overcoming homelessness, trauma, addiction, or the effects of incarceration. Every aspect of the building and program offerings was created to support residents as they rebuild, regroup, and take steps toward long-term stability.

  • Completed in 2025, the building includes:

    • Affordable and supportive housing units

    • A community room for resident events

    • A fitness center and yoga/meditation studio

    • A computer lab and free building-wide WiFi

    • On-site staff and case management offices

    These amenities are more than just features — they’re tools to help residents feel safe, connected, and empowered to move forward.

    • HousingPlus, a nonprofit supportive housing provider focused on women and families

    • Spatial Equity Co, an affordable housing developer focused on thoughtful urban reinvestment

    • With support from NYS Homes and Community Renewal, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the NYC Housing Development Corporation
